Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received from invited, qualified Bidders, on or before Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST time for the following work: Renovation of the Historic Riverside Hotel located at 615 Sunflower Avenue, Clarksdale, MS 38614.

Bid Documents will be available March 28, 2024: Bidding Documents in may be previewed or obtained in electronic PDF format at no cost from this plan room. Entities obtaining Bidding Documents become Bidders of Record for notifications. Bidders of Record may also purchase hard copies of Bidding Documents from Memphis Reprographics (nonrefundable) at Bidder’s expense.

Pre-Bid Conference/Project Walk Through: A Pre-Bid Conference and Project Walk-Through will be held at the project site, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST.
