Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received from invited, qualified Bidders, on or before Friday, April 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST time for the following work: Phase 1 of the renovation of the Higher Purpose Hub located at 238 Issaquena Avenue, Clarksdale, MS 38614.

1.1 Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning System and related work

1.2 Roof replacement

Additional packages will be issued for further renovation of this facility within the next 12 months.
