City of Memphis Fleet Maintenance Facility

Project Information:

This project includes general construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and related work required to renovate approximately 60,000 square feet of space in a metal building to house the new Municipal Complex 2 – Fleet Maintenance Facility.

Facility Type: This building was previously used as a beverage distribution center. It is being renovated for adaptive reuse as a vehicle maintenance facility. The facility will house a body shop with paint booth, turf shop, parts warehouse, fire apparatus shop and administrative offices.
