Fire Station No. 51 - Re-Roofing
Work includes removing existing shingle roofing system down to deck; installing new shingle roofing system, flashing, fascia, and trim, and performing related plumbing, HVAC and electrical modifications as indicated on drawings, as specified and as required for proper completion of the work.

The Consultant will forward one (1) copy of all addenda to holders of each set of documents. All suchaddenda will become a part of the contract documents and subject to all conditions contained therein,and must be listed on the Bid Form for the bid to be accepted. Note: no addendum shall be issuedwithin seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for opening of bids, unless said addendum, delaysthe opening of said bids.
