Shelby County East Data Center Renovation/Expansion

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting to address questions will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 9:30 AM (CST) at Shelby County Roads & Bridges, 6449 Haley Road, Memphis, TN, 38134.

• The proposed project is the renovation and expansion of the existing Shelby County East Data Center. Two Additions are being added to the existing Data Center, as well as, associated new access drives, surface parking and landscaping.

• The Existing building is approximately 11,000 sqft and will be fully renovated with new floor finishes, new partitions, new suspended ceilings, new HVAC, new lighting and power, along with new ADA compliant toilets and an updated breakroom.

• The North addition is a new one-story, slab-on-grade tier 3 server building with a new connector to the existing building. The new server building is approximately 2,300 sqft is to be constructed of load bearing masonry clad in metal panels and will have a highly insulated TPO covered roof. Impact resistant windows have been specified to provide natural light to the main corridor.

• On the West side of the existing building is the storage addition with a new dock. This addition is an approximately 1,640 sqft slab-on-grade expansion of the existing building and it is a pre-engineered structure.
